| 内容简介（中文） | 浅蓝色地设色织秋海棠，间杂雏菊，螽斯则伏栖草禾之上。 本幅设色深浅明暗差别极大，海棠叶之正反，螽斯羽翅之透明，均成强烈对比。因绣线丝光犹新，织纹密匀，故觉明亮醒目。 本幅为「明织花鸟写生册」第八幅。 |
| 内容简介（英文） | Against a very light blue silk background appear a cherry-apple branch, daisies, and grass upon which rests a katydid. All the motifs extend from the lower right corner. The weave is very tight in this work and the silk appears as if almost new. Though the contrasts in coloring are sometimes quite dramatic, such as in the veins of the leaves, they create for an appealing design. This is the eighth leaf from the album Ming-chih hua-niao hsieh-sheng ts’e. |
